Intelligence R&D Projects

The SINGULAR project investigates the effects of a large-scale integration of renewable sources and demand-side management on planning and operation of insular electricity grids, proposing efficient measures, solutions and tools towards the development of a sustainable and smart grid, a forecasting service that include the development of a web service platform. The system produces probabilistic forecasts of all renewables and consumption for a seven days horizon, refreshed four times per day.
